What to expect from us:
Site Survey
For new build projects, we perform a laser measurement during our initial site survey which
will be converted to CAD in design process. For renovation works, we will measure the property area
and take notes of existing walls and structure and other existing services, gas, electric and water supply.
Design
In a face-to-face meeting with our design team we will discuss options based on your special
requirements. For new builds, our structural engineer will also be involved in the design process. This
will be a relaxed and friendly yet in-depth briefing in which we will happily listen to your ideas and
suggestions about how you would like to architecturally design your home. We will then create a
tailored design based on your requirements.
Party Wall Agreement
We understand that Party Wall Agreement could be a complex legislation, but with the help of
our qualified surveyors, we organize all necessary steps on your behalf to ensure a smooth and
straightforward process.
Production and submission of planning application
If your project requires planning application (new build, extensions, loft conversions) we can
cooperate with planning authorities on your behalf. Once the plans are ready, we will then prepare and
submit your application for planning permission
We will engage with you if any alterations is required for approval.
Building Control Notification
For new build projects, loft conversions and extensions, we notify the building control prior to
the starting of the work, during and on completion of the project. We have been working with council
building control as well as private building control companies and can cooperate well with them to
ensure smooth progress of our projects
